Graphic Designer

2016 - 2019

Creating modern, engaging, and original visual design content for leasing facing initiatives, tenant activations, and consumer focused promotions to develop the Industry City brand identity.

In addition to formulating concepts and overseeing the execution into a final product, I incorporate the full process gamut of sketches, mockups, and prototypes into deliverable and applicable pieces.

I also contribute to the management and growth of both the Industry City website and Portal, by developing new content and pages, as well as keeping content current. I analyze performance metrics for both platforms by reading and highlighting key points in the reports reflecting the performance of paid marketing/ad efforts. I incorporate ad strategies and determine their best integration with existing efforts such as PR and organic media.

As an integral part of the Industry City team, I compose presentations, decks, event promo materials, and other collateral for community, leasing, and activation initiatives. I work closely with our:
• Development team to review and edit renderings
• Leasing team to review floorplans, testfits, and photograph build outs and white boxes
• Digital agencies to critique mockups and campaigns
