Largest Contiguous Floorplate in NYC

Originally designed by Neoscape as a stacking plan for the architecture of Building 19, I repurposed this isometric drawing to visualize available and leased space for both retail and office tenants. Using Industry City brand colors, I created a clear distinction between designated spaces for office, retail, and occupied areas. This document became a key tool for showcasing different leasing options to prospective tenants, highlighting various offerings based on their company's specific needs and interests.

Leasing & Marketing Effectiveness

The visualization of BLDG 19's floorplate proved to be a valuable asset in the leasing and marketing efforts, facilitating communication and driving tenant interest. Key metrics suggest its effectiveness:

Improved Understanding of Space Availability

The clear visual representation of available and leased space significantly improved prospective tenants' understanding of the building's layout and available options. This facilitated more productive discussions and streamlined the leasing process. The visualization became a key component of marketing materials for BLDG 19, adding a visually compelling element that captured attention and effectively communicated the building's unique selling points.

Streamlined Leasing Process

By clearly outlining available spaces and facilitating discussions about tenant needs, the visualization contributed to a more streamlined and efficient leasing process. The visualization generated increased interest and engagement from prospective tenants, allowing them to easily visualize their own operations within the expansive floorplate.
