Brand Update and Website Reimagined

Friends Work Here, an intentionally small and creative co-working community nestled in the heart of Boerum Hill, Brooklyn, presented an opportunity to enhance its brand and digital presence within the competitive co-working space market. This spec project mirrors the approach taken with CAMP North End, aiming to modernize their visual identity and create a cohesive digital experience. The goal was to build upon their existing community-centric ethos and elevate it with a refreshed brand that resonates with modern creatives and entrepreneurs.

Scope & Services:

  • Brand Identity Redesign: Refined logo, new typography, and color palette to reflect the creative and community-driven atmosphere.
  • Website Redesign: Modernized design, improved navigation, and optimized mobile experience, including a redesigned contact form.
  • Custom Templates: Created templates for social media and marketing materials, ensuring consistent brand application.
  • Swag Design: Designed branded tote bags, dad caps, and coffee mugs for member engagement and brand promotion.

In-Situ Brand Mockups & Localized Ad Strategy:

The in-situ brand mockups showcase a localized advertising strategy tailored to the Brooklyn and NYC market. These mockups include:

  • MTA subway ad in Downtown Brooklyn by City Hall.
  • Times Square billboard ad for increased visibility.
  • A-frame stand for storefront promotion.
  • Poster promoting the space placed in a hip Brooklyn bridge.
  • Large format ad in SoHo.
  • Mobile contact form demonstration.

This strategy highlights the brand's adaptability and potential reach across diverse touchpoints, from hyper-local placements to high-profile advertising spaces.

Optimized Mobile Contact Form:

A key component of the website redesign was the optimization of the contact form for mobile devices. A multi-step, engaging workflow was implemented to improve user experience and increase lead generation.

Advanced Next Steps:

Further collaboration would focus on developing a comprehensive content marketing strategy, including blog posts, member spotlights, and community event promotions. Implementing a CRM system to manage member relationships and streamline communication would also be a priority. Data-driven analytics would be used to track website performance, optimize marketing campaigns, and ensure continuous improvement.
