With a newly constructed Class A lobby and immediate adjacency to Princeton, New Jersey’s Route 1 Retail Corridor, the 80,000 SF building at 5 Vaughn Drive required modern branding, a robust digital presence, and unique marketing collateral for print and digital leasing initiatives. The building's distinctive facade provided the foundation for a strong brand identity. Combined with its three-story frame, the floor plans were designed in an easy-to-understand, cohesive layout, overlapping at the Common Corridor. These floor plans accompanied a versatile marketing flyer specifically tailored to the outreach needs of the broker and building owner. The flyer was designed for print, digital interactive PDF, inline email image, and social media distribution. This adaptable marketing approach complemented the new building and attracted future tenants. The campus was successfully sold to JLL in 2023.
